Other core is that may be hidden or it may be obvious and such as taking quarter -- steroids for. Rheumatoid arthritis or asthma or. Taking thyroid medication. But we also see patients who have hyper -- for terrorism -- parent thyroid glands in the NASCAR overactive. We see patients -- Mal absorption of calcium. And vitamin. But they may actually have a little -- foremost rule which is an intestinal inflammation and that and can cause Mal absorption of various nutrients than what I see quite a few patients -- that so we're always looking. For a secondary -- just to be sure that we are missing something before we take it from -- that mistrust and postmenopausal."
